The Police Staff Council (PSC) negotiates national agreements on pay and conditions of service for 75,000 police staff and PCSOs in England and Wales.

As the Country's largest Trade Union, Unite is determined to take up the interests of our Police Staff members on a whole range of issues including pay, conditions of service, health and safety and personal and professional development.

Peter Allenson (pictured above) is the Unite National Officer with responsibility for Unite members employed as Police Staff. Carl White (pictured left) from the West Midlands force is a working Police Staff member who represents the Union nationally on the Police Staff Council.
